Hi, my
name is Valerie and I would like to share my story with you in hopes
that its content will inspire you, and make you believe that a leaner,
stronger, more beautiful, confident you is within your grasp.
I know that so many of you hope and |

wish that you could get your weight under control and get your body
in shape. Well, I’m here to tell you that your dream CAN come true!
With a little sweat and will power you can take control of your body
and your life. I’m sure many of you are thinking that you don’t have
the time… As a mother of two, I know how you feel. But, I’m here to
teach you how to make time for yourself and how to incorporate
exercise into your everyday activities. You will be amazed at how
simple it can be and you will be shocked by your results.

LET'S TALK:
Chelation, Cholesterol, miscarriages ( I've had 5), pregnancies (or
trying to get pregnant), skin cancer and proper skin care, menopause
(which was 1 of the things they said I had), Colonics (which cleans your
intestines and without healthy intestines or healthy
gums your never be truly healthy) Very important to floss, floss, floss
daily (I've had gum surgery too) saunas and hot baths/Jacuzzi (a great
way to detoxify your body) autism (my nephew has it). How to be a" Happy
Housewife". Forgive = healing your heart is to heal the mind and to
always be positive.
SWEAT AND STRETCH is what you need daily, when you sweat its the only time you naturally get your endorphin chemical in your body going and that is great for your mind body and soul because the endorphin release is good for your mind and beats depression and when your mind is clear and strong your body and soul are strong. So daily get at least 20 - 30 minutes of whatever it is that gets your heart rate going -(break it up if you must to 3- 10 min sessions of jumping jacks) and if you cant do 7 days a week try 5 days at 45 min. sessions or 3 of 1 hour sessions of sweating (remember the more you do the faster you get to your goal) exercising is a journey not a destination. Stretching you could do everyday in the morning before you even get out of bed just start stretching your arms neck upper back then let your feet hit the floor and stretch legs, lower back, you'll be surprised by how you feel and want to do more that's the key to long lean muscles is to stretch, stretch, stretch. Include cardio always - that's the only way to burn fat and lifting weights at least 3 times a week to enhance your muscles and aiding in the fat burning. Use dumbbells, big cans of tomatoes or weight machines just do it.
